Jack In The Box - Sacramento County

I dislike this restaurant location because every time I walk in, I have to wait at least 5 minutes before any employee acknowledges me. If I stay longer than 5 minutes, I leave. The drive-thru also takes half an hour every time I go through it.

I visited this restaurant on Friday afternoon, March 1st, and had a wonderful experience with the drive-thru attendant. The sandwich I ordered was hot and delicious, unlike some other Jack in the Box locations where the food can be cold and the cheese may not even be melted on the Sourdough Jack. This particular Jack in the Box was excellent, and the drive-thru attendant apologized multiple times for the milkshake machine not working, even though it was not her fault. I appreciated her sweet attitude and focus on customer service, which is not always common in fast food establishments.

The food is mediocre, but better than at McDonald's, not very healthy, but as a snack it's quite normal.

I have to say something about the service at this restaurant. The workers who were there after 5pm were great and deserved 5 stars. The only downside was the morning crew who could use some cheering up. For vegetarian options, if you get creative you can have a healthy meal. Plenty of parking is available at this location.

This place has top notch service, always fast and friendly.
