Shoku Ramen - Sacramento

Tuesday, March 14, 7 pmWaitress seated us (party of 2). When she served us water, I let her know that we were ready to order. Waitress walked away. I assumed she didn’t hear me so I decided to order with her at the register. While waiting at the register, she asks if I wanted to order. I said yes. She says (with THAT face and tone) that I can wait at my table and she’ll be there shortly to take my order. I say OK. She then proceeds to take an order from a couple who was at the register (but who entered after we did). I go back to the register to interrupt the order and to tell the waitress that we were there first. She says they are ordering to go. I tell her it doesn’t matter. She tells me she’ll be to my table shortly. We leave.

Ramen broth was soaked with oil like someone poured a cup of oil in the soup!! Ask to have it redone. Came back with lots of noodle, very little vegetables and others, won't come back.

Delicious ramen, friendly staff, and affordable prices. What more could you possibly want?

My day to day go to ramen place, meat is very soft tender, full egg compared with other places only provide half egg, ramen soup taste amazing, Thai tea is must try, long time friend of mine and have been in business 5 yrs, ask for couple Mr.&Mrs Wang, service and owner are very nice and will treat you very well, lot of seating area, parking area is a bit limited sometimes with business hours, park on the street, very good central location downtown to everywhere.

Very fast service. The best japan sando in Sac. Authentic food and tidy restaurant. Great lunch
