Contribuiți la feedbackSacramento claims Thai Basil is the best Thai restaurant in Sacramento. I was in Thai Basil a reasonable amount of times to know that this is not true. However, I give Thai Basil credit for better than Thai Palace, Thai Cottage, but two places that it does not beat are Lotus restaurant and taste of Thai. Another advantage that Thai Basil has against other Thai restaurants is its location. It is located in Midtown and has a lounge above the Level Up restaurant. I can't give you any details about what Level Up is because I've never been to Level Up. Your food is somewhere along the lines of okay too good. It's nothing I wonder why they're considered the best Thai restaurant in Sacramento. (I recently learned that they have chain restaurants in other parts of Sacramento, so it could be that their food in the other chain restaurants is excellent. I try to give them the advantage of doubt here. I remember putting the soup remains in plastic containers. I don't like restaurants that put hot liquid items in plastic containers. For starters, if the liquid is hot enough, it could possibly melt through the plastic or at least distort the plastic container. Second hot liquids should not be placed in plastic containers first; they should be placed in white polyfoam containers. As regards non-liquid residues/exception, they were placed in brown flocculous “cards” boxes. While these boxes were unique, they did not do much when it was about isolating the food. The waiters were more beautiful than the waitresses. I remember a waiter being super attentive. Every female waitress I had here has moderate customer service. What I liked about Thai Basil is, however, as they seemed to appreciate diversity. I found it refreshing as they were waiters of different backgrounds, which as opponents for waiters all the same background. The restaurant is nicely decorated. You have the opportunity to eat inside or outside. As a restaurant in Midtown Sacramento you have to pay for parking to eat here. If I remember correctly, the parking lot around Midtown Sacramento is free, mostly at weekends. Make sure that you have additional changes with you to pay for parking (parking or buying an approval from a machine).
Percentage Thai food, in my opinion nothing special. I think it's pretty hard to screw pad-thai or green curry. The outside area is beautiful.
