Taco Bell - Sacramento

I ordered a deluxe cravings box with an extra side of cheese and a slushie, and I also requested Diablo sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my cheese or the correct slushie, so I had to ask them to remake it. To top it off, I was given mild sauce instead of what I asked for. I'm not angry, just disappointed, especially since I repeated my requests three times.

There's a new manager, and she's really nice and friendly! It's great to finally have someone with excellent customer service!

I was out for a walk with a friend on a really hot day, so we decided to stop by Subway for some water and to use the restroom. However, when we got there, we were told that the restroom was only for paying customers. We didn't appreciate the way Subway handled the situation, so we headed over to Taco Bell, which was nearby. When I asked to use the bathroom there, they actually let us. I also asked for water, but the kind lady at the counter gave us mango slushes instead, noticing how exhausted we were from the heat. She truly deserves a raise—she was wonderful!

Always very friendly when I come. They are out of a lot of the main things most of the time , but seems like they all are lately. Ive noticed everytime I have come around 11ish pm, they always are saying the system is down and they working on it toget fixed and to come back in 20-40 min. Idk what thats all about. The other thing to watch for at this location is your orderbeing correct. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!! Idont know how many times we have gotten home and the order isnt correct.(Not all my doing, I learn after the 1st time,lol) Its just a hassle having to go back and get it all fixed. Who knows, maybethose individuals are no longer there anymore, but check anyways. The one thing I like about this location is that whenever theother Taco Bells stop serving a certain limited item, this location never had it when the others did and they will then startcarrying it once the others dont. The Cantina chicken tacos w/avacado ranch sauce is the one item in particular im speakingabout.

Horrible service I asked for three beefy melt burritos and I was given three onion filled bean burritos just straight disrespect
