Taco Bell - Sacramento

This taco bell consistently has the slowest service ever! and isn?t uncommon for them to have supply issues, this time i was giving paper towels from the bathroom in lieu of napkins

If I was in their shoes I would have hated me but the lunch rush crew here on 10/10/22 were truly fantastic! I had about 7 orders that my whole office placed online and despite the busyness they took my note with the order numbers and matched themwith their system and I was out of there really quick! Meanwhile plenty of other people were doing drive throughs and the storehad a dozen people in it but no issues and I am truly grateful.

Every time I come to this Bradshaw location they always mess my order up. I get back home with my food I ordered and now wondering why would my tacos look so sad. Where is the lettuce? I had to add my own cheese also. They may need to hire morepeople. Or I may need to drive to a different location.

I think I?ve given this t-bell too many chances. From the drive through taking an hour to get through and them forgetting or messing up items every single time. Tonight in the drive through I said I wanted three potato soft tacos. He put in three beefsoft tacos and added potatoes, which was twice the price. I corrected him and he said ?yeah it has potatoes?. Then a chick cameon the speaker and said ?you want the spicy potato soft tacos?? I said yes and then the dude goes ?how am I supposed to knowwhat you want if you don?t say it??. Lmao. Okay bro. My bad you misunderstood me. Gonna start driving a few more miles fort-bell.

I am like the staff at this Taco Bell, they understand when I say put as many sauces in the bag as you can I mean I want 10 to 12 packets of sauce. I like my burrito as wet as can be. That means a minimum of 10. When I got my bag of food and the girlhanded me an extra small bag filled with the breakfast salsas, I was elated. You made my day sweetest of sweet things!!!!
