Pizza Guys - Sacramento

I ordered a large pizza, a calzone, 8 chicken wings, breadsticks, and a 2-liter of Pepsi at 5:00 PM. They told me it would be 45 minutes, but after an hour and a half, I still hadn't received anything. I tried calling, but they just hung up on me and rarely answered. Frustrated, I drove over in my 18-wheeler. When I arrived, I saw the woman who was the only person inside. She kept the phone on her ear three times while I tried to speak with her, stating that she couldn't answer.

If I could give this place less than one star, I definitely would. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, but when it arrived, a slice was already missing. I chose not to eat it and called the restaurant, but no one answered. I then went to the location in person, where I was told that none of the employees had eaten my pizza and that I would have to speak to a manager the next morning to get a refund. The staff that night seemed completely uninformed and couldn't even offer me a replacement pizza. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering delivery from here.

We waited over two hours, and then they informed us that our order was canceled because we never called to place it! If I could give a zero-star rating, I definitely would!

Nikki. A consistent customer. I went tonight 08/06/2022 at 9 a.m. to get a little personal half cheese half pepperoni pizza for my children. The workers have accidentally ruined my job. However, the girl was so generous and apologetic that I had to leave a comment. I went with a great paprika pizza for the children with nothing but satisfaction of great customer service. I hope I have the name right, but I'm a customer

I Ordered for delivery got the text message at 5:18 saying it?s on its way ended up coming at 6:10 pizza cold breadsticks cold DONT ORDER FROM HERE and we live 5 minutes away! Horrible will never order from here again.
