The Heavenly Cheesecake and Blueberry Cream Brioche are absolutely delicious. The Heavenly Cheesecake was a lot smaller than I thought it apos;d be, which is a shame since Doordash doesn apos;t have their sizing, ingredients, or information available. I apos;m still surprised at the taste, texture, and fluffiness of the cheesecake. The taste is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too mellow. The firmness, but not dry outer and first layer is perfect to scoop into and the fluffy and perfectly spongy interior. I apos;d buy again, but I apos;d much prefer a larger size so I can store for a daily snack. The Blueberry Cream Brioche was very heavenly from its first bite. I was surprised at the amount of flavor. The first bite wasn apos;t overwhelming with sweetness like other bakeries I apos;ve been to. It apos;s not reliant on sugar to carry the recipe, but again this bakery has definitely mastered the balance of its flavors and texture. There is a blueberry surprise in the middle, and that does have more sweetness to it, but you can use the bread bites of the brioche to appreciate the desert in its entirety. One particular note is the blueberries used to top the desert, it was firm and really good quality. I apos;m sure everyone notices in every food related establishment if there are quality ingredients being used, and it apos;s something I look for to appreciate. 10/10 will order again :

I feel the strawberry lemon cream croissant was too small for the price, otherwise was an absolute delight! The chocolate tiramisu was bitter, too thick of a cocoa powder layer but was okay in flavor and all. That sweet potato pastry on other hand was spectacular, flaky and buttery!! So good!

The ham and cheese Ham Cheese Pastry has become the fav at our office. So flakey and flavorful. The Chocolate Croissant is divine!! All of the pastries are so flakey and fresh. Another office crowd favorite is the smoked sausage bread. Amazing!!!

Always delicious- highly recommend the strawberry croissant and strawberry lemon croissant.

Paris Baguette is one of the best bakeries in Sacramento. Everything is always so fresh and tasty! Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves pastries
