Noble Vegetarian - Sacramento

Noble vegetarian is great. The food is always delicious, restaurant is always clean and service is fast. Our server Jacob was very sweet and did a great job to take care of us. Would definitely recommend for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

I stumbled across this vegetarian bistro inside of a n industrial strip mall. The food was served hot from a gentle server named Hailey. The music had a good low key vibe. The restaurant was clean but desperately needs a remodel. This restaurant must have the same exact food supplier as Loving Hut. Vegetarian food could be so Much more exciting. That?s what this city needs. It was served friendly and hot , good enough.

Absolutely delicious! The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I was in town for a bodybuilding competition and was in search of something tasty and vegan afterward. We ordered the curry soup, orange vegeken, ruby pearls, and longevity rolls, all of which were excellent! The Thai iced tea was also a treat! I would highly recommend this place!

Incredible food and excellent service! Nestled in a small strip mall is a hidden gem of a family-owned vegan restaurant! I ordered the grilled rose roll, and it was the perfect balance of crunchy and soft, warm and cool—I ate them so quickly that I didn't even have time to snap a photo. For my main dish, I chose the Mongolian spicy noodles, and they were delicious! It has a kick to it, but not overwhelmingly so—think along the lines of Sriracha spice. I will definitely be returning!

The food here is exceptional and delicious, with plenty of options beyond just burgers. I absolutely loved the Spicy Cha Cha Shrimps! The staff is quite reserved but honest, informative, and friendly. The music selection is relaxing and doesn’t distract from your meal. I would highly recommend this place!
