Jack's Urban Eats - Sacramento

Great menu choices, unique combinations. A small salad is pretty big. Outside seating, dog friendly pattio. Fast service.

I've always been a big fan of Jack's, but since the change in their format (no longer a build as the line goes) the quality has gone down hill. Today I ordered a build your own salad to go. The balsamic dressing is like pudding it's so thick, And it cost me almost $25 for a green salad with chicken and avacado and a piece of cheese bread. This is way overpriced for what you get. At least go back to tossing the salad for us. I'll probably find a new salad spot when I'm eating on the run.

I really like this place! Great atmosphere, very healthy options... the only flaw is the sandwiches with burger bun-shaped bread... many better options imo... good fries. Staff is positive and efficient.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but the service is lacking. While the ordering process was pleasant, the staff who bring out the food seem to have a indifferent attitude, as if they are doing customers a favor by serving them. I haven't encountered such a lack of care and dismissive attitude in a long time.

Delicious food served quickly. Consistently good food and good customer service. Especially love the salads.
