Jack In The Box - Sacramento

I ordered 2 Sausage Egg Croissants and a Diet Soda for breakfast. The food is exactly what I thought and wanted. The fountain drinks machine was broken and had to ask refill at the counter. Interior can be a bit cleaner. However, it will not deter me togo back. It's an O.K. place for a quick bite.

These people got our order all wrong so we tried to have them fix it. It was a big bill so we understood that it would've happened but they wanted to argue then say they would call the cops on us then some lady gets out of her car and almost got beatup but we have self control anyway we got our money back and bounce......they need to hire people that speak better English orhave someone available to speak to people to solve the issues at hand because there was definitely a language barrier at thisplace

Don't really like giving a 2 star review, because I love this place. But I was a little disappointed in the double cheesy bacon burger. 2 small patties on a brioche with what tasted like velveta. I'll stick with with an ultimate cheese burger for the sameprice ????

All I can say is that the drive thru takes so long... your car will over heat or blow up. They do apologize for the long wait ????. Customer service is ok but I will not go there again!! I feel if you wait more than 10 minutes you should get somethingfree.
