Jack In The Box - Sacramento

Ok so I come to this Jack in the Box because it's close to where I live BUT there sometimes it's scary, I mean there is a man that is frequently near the Arco gas station and this Jack in the box and he has severe mental health issues. He yells andscreams at you and punches things. He is very unstable and that scares me a lot. The last time I was at the Jack in the box hewas there right by the drive through window and I became weary of rolling my window down. I was nervous for the staff who workthere. Just be aware of this guy the food is good, they're a little slow but the location doesn't feel secure. Just bemindful

If I could give you guys a corner of a star I would considering the fact that your doors are lock but is it 9 no is 8:40 I'm pretty positive it says you close at 9 might be cause I'm standing outside hungry now and it's 9:50 should be able to but noyour employee that desires to be inconsiderate Oo well shame

Went in the morning and ordered some breakfast sandwiches from the drive thru. The ladies that worked there were nice. Excellent service; sandwiches were hot and fresh!

Came through drive thru in the evening and the workers there took great care of my family. All items in bag and the employee was really patient when I asked for more sauce. Thank you ????????

The customer service was lacking. The window worker seemed put off because I asked for free water. She tried not to give it to me . She was rude and unfriendly. The tacos were slopped together and the shells were old and hard. Over all the worse Jack- in-the- Box I have ever been to.
