Jack In The Box - Sacramento

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for 4 monster tacos. I at least thought they would be hot when I got home! Ridiculous.

Not only did I have to wait a exceptionally long time in the drive-thru line after ordering, but my lg chocolate shake was not stirred up long enough, because it was half chocolate on the bottom and vanilla on top. And, to add insult to injury, my grilledchicken club salad had one large slab of chicken in the middle of it. They had neglected to cut up my grilled chicken. Nor, didthey provide some type of plastic knife for me to it myself. Oh, one more thing, after 5 attempts at calling there, none of mycalls were answered. They're lucky I gave any stars at all.

This place was decent until just recently. The new staff doesn't seem to care how long it takes. I was stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. By the time I got up there, who knows how long my food has been sitting there.It made me feel disgusted and I just left as soon as I could.

Shrinkflation...my poor sourdough jack bun was hiding a tiny blackened hockey puck with a half slice of cheese and a paper thin cut old tomato slice. The fries were soft, cold and visibly oily Too gross to even put in my mouth. My disappointment lasted allevening as my belly rumbled. The second star is purely for the speedy service and obvious professionalism of the staff as theysmiled while handing me this bag of lies. 2nd visit: Whatever you do, don't go inside! The sticky floors on the bottom of yourshoes may ruin your appetite.
