Fieldwork Brewing Company - Sacramento

I loved this brewery/pub. Although meat is on the menu, a surprising number of their food offers is either vegan/veg or can be made vegan easily. I had the skilleted cauli roastflower who had blown up nooch! it was very good and it came with a light sauce that I was sure not to be vegan, but to my great joy, was also vegan! I also have the heirloom tomato and roasted corn salad. they have a long list of pizzas that I did not study much, but I know at least a few can be made easily vegan by simply leaving cheese/meat. I will also add that your beer is delicious! many lazy and delicious beer on tap.

I absolutely loved this brewery and pub. Despite having meat options on the menu, they offer a surprising variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, or can easily modify dishes to be vegan. I tried the Skillet Roasted Cauliflower with Nooch and it was fantastic. The light sauce that came with it was unexpectedly vegan as well. I also enjoyed the Heirloom tomatoes and roasted corn salad. They have a wide selection of pizzas that I'm eagerly considering, knowing that at least a few can be made vegan by simply omitting the cheese and meat. And I must mention, their beer is top-notch! They have a great selection of both lazy and delicious beers on tap.

What do you want me to say? I live in the eastern bay and wanted to go to the Berkeley location of fieldwork brewing, but it has not worked quite yet. I found myself in sacramento, while covid. this assessment is, however, months. I even forget the flights I had. but only to say: these people make amazing beer. I mean not only good, but sensational. subtle, complex, different, how really beautiful music that has a lot to him. Maybe it was just my mood in this night, but I don't think so. I think the flight samples I chose (up to unbreeding, not hoppy) were absolutely delicious, and any other. Moreover, at least at the time when I went a few months ago, because of covid, the outside seats on the closed road felt very European, very beer garden. mmmmm.

Outside doors on the terrace. lots of space to spread out from other mozens, so covid was no care. the staff was super friendly and helpful. big beer on hahn. very cheap!

Great space, awesome team, delicious beer! Enjoyed the morning stout, and the strawberry banana parfait.
