Came across this place while I was in Sacramento for a work trip. The food was so good I came back twice and brought food back home ATL to share with my wife!!!...

Oxtails were very good and saucey. They only gave 1 plantain and the rice and peas were a little dry.

Great for takeout. Always busy and the second is slow.
