Culichi Town - Sacramento

We visited this restaurant for the first time with my family, and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was a lot of fun, and there were plenty of tempting shrimp dishes to choose from! I had the fried fish, my daughter adored the cheeseburger and apple slices, and my husband chose sushi. We'll definitely be returning!

The food was absolutely incredible, with stunning presentation. I highly recommend it!

This is not an ideal spot for a date, especially if you're looking to have a conversation. The noise level is overwhelming. The band performing was fantastic, and the drinks were outstanding. Additionally, the wide variety of ceviche was impressive. However, we found it hard to enjoy ourselves; it felt more like dining in a bustling nightclub.

If you're looking for drinks, they have a nice selection to choose from. The steak taco was also excellent! Unfortunately, that was about it. The service was okay, but I think they could improve by checking in on customers more often. I was a bit concerned to notice that whenever someone asked for water, they had to buy bottled water. Seriously? You serve alcohol but can’t offer free water to your guests? That definitely raised some red flags for me.

This restaurant used to be our go-to spot for both weekends and weeknights. However, my last visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, we requested a larger table for our group, but they kept refusing to accommodate us. One of our orders arrived late, and the waiter didn’t check on us at all to see if everything was okay, which is something they typically do. The food was disappointing! I suspect they may have changed chefs because it lacked the usual flavor. To make matters worse, the waiter insisted on a tip and claimed he would add it to the receipt, but it wasn't included in the total bill. I’ve had issues with this particular waiter before; thankfully, he didn’t end up serving us this time. Overall, this place has changed a lot for the worse.
