Chili's Grill - Sacramento

The fajitas were tasty and fresh. Steak was a little overdone for my taste (well done) but otherwise good flavor, sides and portions for the price.

Your team appears to not care about DoorDash orders. This is the second time we are disappointed. Our absurdly small side of broccoli was just tossed on top of the ribs so it was all saucy when we got it. The ribs came with the too spicy chipotle sauce and not the house bbq that we ordered even though it was clearly indicated on the ticket attached to the box! We used to love ordering your ribs, but the product and service has really gone downhill.

The fries were clearly overcooked in the microwave and stuck together in a big clump. The cheese was extremely hard, and after just two bites, it was inedible—so I had to throw it away. I ordered corn, but instead received Mexican street corn, which I didn't like at all. Both items ended up in the garbage just five minutes after they were delivered. What a waste of money!

The burger was delicious, but the fries were overly salted. Personally, I prefer less salt, so I think they should tone it down a bit. On a positive note, the corn was fantastic! I ended up skipping the fries.

I thought the Classic Ribeye was fantastic. I ordered it medium rare, and it arrived medium, which is what I expected.
