I really wanted to enjoy my experience at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the customer service fell short. I ordered a half-sweet Taro milk tea, but it barely had any Taro flavor. I immediately regretted leaving a tip because when I asked for an adjustment, the young employee at the counter seemed annoyed. While they were working on my drink, the same employee even suggested another boba cafe for me to try, which felt like a subtle hint that I shouldn't come back. It felt quite petty, reminding me of high school cliques. I was tempted to take my tip back. I've learned my lesson: I won’t be leaving a tip before receiving service again. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.

The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The two staff members at the front were unfriendly and unprofessional towards customers. I won't be coming back here.

The line was quite long on Sunday at 2 PM, but fortunately, it moved quickly.

Fantastic staff and outstanding drinks! I never knew there were so many coffee choices available. Whether you're looking to try something different or prefer your go-to favorites, this place has it all. If you have a penchant for sweets, this is definitely the place to be!

The avocado smoothie was somewhat bland and had a slightly chunky texture. On the bright side, the prices were quite reasonable. Overall rating: Food: 3, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 3.
