Aviator's Catering - Sacramento

My uncle's favorite restaurant for American and Chinese food. Owner (and head chef) and staff are friendly and hard-working. The restaurant was reserved after regular hours for a birthday buffet and it was delicious. Can't say about the regular menu but was informed most of the buffet items are on their regular menu, too, so sounds like a win all the way around. It's at the airport and you get nice views of the planes landing and taking off.

Great service for a group of twenty. Waitress took care of our every need. Food was excellent, hot and fast service. Was with a Church Men's Prayer Breakfast Group. Highly recommend the restraunt and the Prayer Group. Let's Pray.Food: 5/5

Service is very, very slow here. People actually got up and threatened to walk out if they couldn't get their bill for their drinks because they waited over an hour for their food, which they never got. The food was good. It was fun watching the planes take off and landFood: 4/5

Went here with my boyfriend after living in the area for 3 years and not knowing this place existed. Is it the food here better than the other diners in the area? No. Is the view and decor worth it? Yes. We tried their biscuits and gravy, omelette, chicken fried steak, etc., and while good, didn’t blow my socks off. The restaurant itself is extremely adorable and “old-timey” and the view is very nice. The food is a little pricey for what it is but the location and view make it worth it! I definitely want to come back on a rainy day and look out the window.
