Hello, I would like to respond to Thomas N. I am one of the owners of 1812 Brewing Company and after an extensive search of your receipt from July 28 (which I could not find) and even more extensive talks with every server that worked the evening of July 28, the only conclusion we could come up with is that you were simply irate that you came to the pub and there was no Burger and Brew Night available. We do not do Burger and Brew night during the summer months (we resume after Labor Day weekend) and for that Mr. N, I apologize. I must say, you are the only person in 15 years of ownership that had such a reaction to Burger and Brew night (or a lack thereof one, I should say) so as to write to our local Chamber of Commerce and cite NYS Health violations and ethics on a public restaurant review site. After two plus years of CoVid, trying to keep a staff, trying to stay open for our customers and keep the lights on, checking the bottoms of what is written on our receipts on Thursdays was not a high priority for us. I can assure you, a bait and switch game was not our intention. However, today I will do my best to see that it is removed. I hope you enjoyed the glass of wine.

My wife and I tried to have dinner here on Thursday July 28, after conducting a Google search revealing the following promotion on the 1812 Brewing website: Every Thursday burger and a pint of beer for $10.00. 1812ale.com/event/Every-… Before ordering my wife ordered a glass of wine, our server returned for our meal order when we were informed that the burger and a pint special was no longer being offered. Our server then informed us the staff continuously complains to the owner about this false advertising claim. Out of principle, we decided not to eat at the 1812 Brewing company because of these bait and switch tactics . What truly disturbed us was when the server brought our check for my wife 's glass of wine, printed on the bottom of the receipt was Join Us for Burger and Brew Every Thursday. The owner is very deceptive, legally one can state Join Us for a Burger and a Brew every Thursday even though the receipt did not mention a specific price. Based on further conversation with local residents we were advised to avoid this place for the following reasons: failed NYS restaurant inspections for cleanliness with some critical violations, food quality, and the owner 's unethical reputation in the area.

Best fish and chips and shrimp tacos we've had and a great selection of craft beers! Beautiful view and these southerners highly recommended it.

We were the only ones there so food was quick. And good waitress was nice and attentive. We felt a bit rushed but not sure if it was an over zealous waitress or someone who wanted to go home . So honestly she didn't come off as rude and was polite.

The food was fantastic! The menu features wonderful local flavors. It’s a must-visit! The view and pleasant breeze were amazing as well. The service was excellent, making it a perfect lunch spot to enjoy some sunshine and good vibes.
