At one point, she even threatened to call the police because she claimed I wasn’t settling the matter. I encouraged her to do so and said I would call as well. This seemed to calm her down, but by then, I still hadn’t received my order. Subway has never been known for exceptional service, but this particular experience was especially disheartening. I left without my order and felt utterly disregarded. I decided to file a complaint, although I doubt it will be addressed. I expressed how poorly I was treated and that I would never return to Subway again. The employee I dealt with displayed a clear lack of understanding when I requested two number fours—one small and one large. An elderly woman, who clearly did not understand English, screamed in confusion when I repeated myself. I tried to clarify my order, including my request for a six-inch with double meat. Instead of taking my order, the staff member continually returned with questions and ignored what I was saying. I waited patiently for ten minutes, but every time I tried to communicate, it felt like I was being dismissed. The cashier just kept telling me they were busy and that there were computer issues, which had nothing to do with my order. When I insisted on speaking to the manager, she cried out that she wouldn’t call anyone. Instead, she continued to threaten to call the police multiple times, which I found absurd. The older woman came back and asked for my order yet again after all that confusion. In the end, I resorted to buying cold cuts at Kroger, and I’ll remember this experience for a long time. Subway used to be great, but it seems their service has drastically declined. Their online complaint system suggests they don't care about quality or customer satisfaction anymore. The employees appear to lack the necessary training and professionalism. It’s really disappointing, and I believe there should be accountability for such poor service.
I have experienced the worst customer service every time I've visited this restaurant. The staff is consistently rude. Today, I decided to place a mobile order to avoid interacting with them, but my experience was still disappointing. While I was waiting at the counter, the worker was on the phone with earbuds in and didn't even notice me when I arrived. I attempted to get her attention and was met with an apology three times, yet she continued her conversation without looking up. Management needs to take action to resolve this issue immediately. I will not be returning.
I hardly write a review, but that had to be known. I ordered my food and the Mexican lady unfortunately assumed that I had Brown skin that I spoke Spanish and she acted as if she had not understood me and gave me a hard time with ny order? but the white lady behind me order her to eat and guess what she spoke to her in English. as I am American
Ordered the steak and cheese for in store pick up, there was no meat at all. Only peppers and onions. The store needs to rectify this, you cant serve this to customers. People take your money elsewhere !
