Great service!!! Chicken and sides were delicious. Bilingual staff and managers. Manager was more than excellent!! Clean. In any case I will come back!!!

I know the times are hard for all companies. You can definitely say that the staff is shorthanded. Even through all this. The team could still get my order right and fresh. I admit it took longer than usual. But this can be expected with a lack of employees everywhere. Value is still great with the daily specials here. *Bonus is the place that serves fried gizzards to order. They were hot and crispy.

Although they were short-handed, we didn't wait too long. I watched how to fill out all orders and take orders. There was no job. Everyone was productive and helped everywhere. Our food was hot and fresh. We thought about eating there and decided not to cause them to be short employees and we didn't want to add clean work for them anymore.

You have the best customer service to be Church’s Chicken. The cash registers are always beautiful and accommodating. I was told I had to wait 17 minutes for something. They offered me a drink for waiting and even came to my car to see if I needed any condiments or something else. There are closer restaurants, but it is worth the ride from Garland.

Down home food atmosphere. Fresh cooked food served piping hot. Don't be frightened off by MC members gathered across the way at the bar ... they're kittens.
