Oasi Di Kufra - Sabaudia

4 nights stay: We booked the day before for the day after, during the August 15 holiday week. We were informed that we’d need to change rooms the first two nights what could have been an unsettling experience turned to be fine overall thanks to the staff’s professional and timely support. The 2 rooms we stayed on second and third floor were in excellent condition. The last 2 nights we stayed in the semi underground rooms, with direct access to the beach. These are older in style and finishing (bathrooms are new . Perfect for family with kids as entertainment activities are right at the doorstep so you can keep an eye (these are run by a dedicated, forever smiling, staff. Rooms clean on time and well. Service at the beach includes umbrella and bed/chair, and staff is always courteous. Restaurant: also caters gluten free variety of fish, veg etc. it’s a lovely setting, eating overlooking the beach. A special mention for Daniela (reception , helped us with the booking and arranging the changing rooms and at arrivals and Antonio (restaurant , for his always caring, smiling welcomes! I would have rated this excellent if the food had been prepared more like my American diet prefers--that is, thicket cuts of veal or beef, and less cooked (I prefer mid-rare to medium). Other than that, everything was excellent every time. My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights and we ate at the hotel restaurant for almost every meal...on purpose!

We had one event and I stayed there for two days. Interesting experience, since I'm usually used to stay in north Italy hotels. Hotel was nice, but room decoration was mistery for me. Clean room, furniture and bathroom looks quite new, but design was as from 80's. Blankets had very old design (but they were new and clean), floor as well.... whole room (and halls) were made in same way. But ground floor with reception had very modern look. But, again, one part of ground floor one or two saloons, were decorated with like morrocan ceramics. So, for me too big mixture of different styles. Waiters were very kind (again, with too big and very old fashioned jackets), breakfast were very pure, but I think because of the reason, that hotel was opened maybe one or two days before our arrival and we were one of first guests in new season. But as I say, interesting experience and if you don't put big attention on these things, very nice stay.

Very good place and famous hotel. there are many things to do like sea, swimming pool, leisure, activities. It's a glamour place to be and ceremonies place for wedding or other kind of parties. Go and see how spectacular is.
