El Tucan - Sabana Norte Costa Rica

Staff and service are exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Fully updated to North American standards. The food is excellent, the breakfast was included. Both restaurants have excellent food and room service 24 hours. Lucia at Concierge-Desk booked a trip for our group of 12 with very little hint and it was incredible. They were able to exchange rates at the reception and housekeeping was perfection.

Beautiful hotel with modern room and bathroom. Currency exchange on site is a welcome bonus. Beautiful pool and terrace area. The gym is open all day. 24 hours room service has very limited options, but were delicious. Had a great time in the hotel bar with Nancy the bartender. She made delicious Espresso Martinis and other cocktails. She even recommended restaurants and bars around San Jose. She also made a reservation for us as we had difficulty communicating with the companies.

Stay here one night before departure on our 11-day guided tour of Costa Rica. Had a smooth, friendly checkin and a delicious bite in the restaurant before going to bed. But the best part of our stay was the MOST delicious coffee served in the morning buffet breakfast. I would appreciate if someone could contact me from the hotel and let me know what brand it is, they serve!

You have a very good attitude to serve the best. You're very kind. Breakfast has the most important food: eggs, fruit, Gallo Pinto (beans) bread and green juice is delicious. The gym has a rower, stair master, runner, bike, weights, yoga ball and two yoga mats pretty good. Better things: airport transport schedule, remove room mat and make sure that housekeepers leave ladies towels

The hotel is regular... The rooms are very cold, so turn the AC off when you enter. The hotel staff is very sweet and the restaurant food is very delicious. The pool area is very beautiful. I'll definitely stay there again.
