Frisee - Saarijaervi

Went for a lunch as Visit Saarijärvi brochure mentioned Frisee serves also vegan lunch option every day. Today they had veg version of pea soup and day’s salad, which contained veggie balls. Tasted nice and was filling. Their website is not mentioning they have vegan options (normal lunch list there is very animal-based) so had I only read that I might have skipped the place.

I honestly don't know who makes this cake, but they are among the best in the world! very high standard, perfectly made and well displayed. I have been working for 20 years as a cook in the Swiss and am impressed!

The service was friendly and the cakes and pies are delicious. This is likely the only place in Saarijärvi to provide latte and cappuccino. They are ok but could be improved. Thereby 4 instead of 5
