Unter der Linde - Saarbrücken

....Why not so ....after a walk on the spicy heights ... we stood before a closed roll ... After a city tour by taxi to several villages, ALL ....and that we finally landed on Wednesday in August at St Arnual near Jürgen Becker....and, despite the late time 21:30, were still at our expense culinary.

Jürgen Becker, who is now the Wirtshaus Unter der Linde in Saarbrücken-St. Arnual leads, is one of the best restaurants in Saarland for me. He does not try to mix the sophisticated Haute Cuisine with another highlight or even appreciate the gastronomic star rain, but so far he has always combined Mediterranean light cuisine with the good-bourgeois German or Saarland-Lothringian home kitchen in Saarbrücken (also in his former locals). If Jürgen Becker were not my dear friend and always fairer, sympathetic companion at our joint events at Holy Lunch, I would not be able to write the same appreciation here!

Damn delicious food, beautiful ambience and you feel a bit far as home. It was a nice evening.
