Rnr Diner - Saanichton

I really like this restaurant and was excited to go on a rare day off. The hours are posted that it is open until 2:00. This is both online and on their door, and it says online that these hours were confirmed five weeks ago. However we drove out from Victoria, arriving at 1:30, and were not allowed in, told it was closed despite numerous people being in there. It was quite disappointing, and more so was being snapped at and hung up on when I called to inquire (politely) why the hours don’t match the sign or the google posting. The person I spoke to said the kitchen closes at 1:30, but when I suggested that should be updated on their hours as the actual closing time she said it’s not possible to change the time online. That makes no sense to me, as a business owner myself. You enter your business’s information on google, and even on the sign on your building. I’m feeling disappointed and annoyed.

Extremely rude servers. I can see why no one wants to work there. Don't waste your time just eat next door.

It was nice to take a teenager and a preteen just sit back and listen to some good music. Food was fast and delicious.
