Boston Pizza Saanich Plaza

The food is terrible and the service is even worse. The restaurant was only half full and after waiting for 30 minutes with my small family, we had to go find a server. The lasagna was a plate of undercooked noodles smothered in melted cheese. The pizza was terrible and the salad included all the worst parts. This experience was as bad as it gets.

The service was not good. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and didn't see the waitress again until we had to pay. My friend found food in her ice. Overall, we will not be coming back.

The atmosphere is enjoyable. The food is fantastic. The service is outstanding. Boston Pizza is my daughter's preferred dining spot. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options. Thank you for always providing a top-notch experience.
