West Coast Tavern - S San Diego

If you're young and don't mind very loud noise perhaps it's ok. They stop at 7pm allowing people to go straight into the Observatory venue...lame. Won't go back.

Loved it. Bottomless mimosas were well worth the price and the food was great. Very chill and fun for brunch. Will definitely be back!

The West Coast Tavern is a must when heading for an event at the adjoining Observatory Theatre. Booking a reservation prior to door opening time allows patrons to enter the general seating area a little before others. This allowed us to be in the first row center of general admission. Starting with two of the funniest door men you 'll ever meet the service with a smile and detailed attention to every aspect of our order is a quality not often found these days. The best part for me was the warm smiles and no problem attitudes of each staff member, I will make it a point to return here knowing my patronage is deeply valued. The last thing of note was the diversity of the employees, This is obviously a top down move showing West Coast Higher ups aim for and maintain a very diverse work force, something I look for more and more these days.
