I like the crew here, but there's been too much nickel and diming on prices. There was an overall price increase in Jan 2024, fine, but now they're charging an additional dollar for any kind of milk substitution. This isn't just plant milks; even regular nonfat milk is now an extra dollar. This pushes the price of their latte over $6, which doesn't make much sense when Starbucks is a block away.

Very nice Coffee Bean! Ordered a bacon, egg cheese which was yummy and nicely toasted. Also got a tasty hot chocolate. Only took a couple of minutes for everything to be prepared. Very sweet staff. Cozy interior and unique and quaint exterior. They have a drive thru as well as outdoor seating. Recommend!

Ham Egg and cheese Brioche was slid together and could have been wrapped in paper to hold it together. Looks bad and the ham was out the of Brioche. It’s 4 ingredients and not much to it guys and gals. Service was slow and I tipped at the register based on the attitude and attention to detail.l to start. What a mistake and won’t be back to this location. General Mgr needs to set standards like other stores and check on the cleanliness.

First went to the Bean in Studio City on Ventura boulevard back in the 80s. And look, now they're so big. That was long before anybody knew anything about all these different kinds of espresso drinks. I especially love their Chai latte.

I went to this coffee bean and the service was ?. They were nice. The lady who took my order was really nice. I had a coupon and it didn't work but she tried helping me anyways. Which I found so sweet. She didn't have to but she went to the extra mile. Her name was Julian or Julia . She made my day. ??
