Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies

This business is PERMENTLY CLOSED. The Robeks in Funner/Valley Center, CA, located inside of Harrah's Resort Casino is being replaced. This location and business operation is permanently closed.

Awful service... always way under staffed which creates miserable employees. I waited in line for 15 minutes to place an order only to have the employee turn out the lights and tell me they were closed. I view this as a management problem. Under staffed and under trained with ZERO interest in Real customer service. Harrah 's should be ashamed. 9/5/23 Update: once again your store is poorly serving your customers. I tried to order 2 large smoothies (30 oz each). Your clerk says we 're out of large cups, I can only serve medium size smoothies . I say No problem at all, medium (22 oz) is fine. I proceed to pay $21 plus a $3 tip. Once the smoothies are ready, she calls me up and I see that I just paid over $10 per smoothie in small cups. (16 oz). I ask her about it and she says this is all I have. The store manager told me we can only use these cups. I say that is fine, but the price should have been adjusted accordingly. And she says I 'm sorry, this is all I can do. So basically, your store manager has put the employees on the front lines and has not empowered them to think for themselves. Your store manager should be out there to take the heat for a poorly run store!!

I love the robeks smoothies Rincon Harrah's ! I got the super green yesterday w/ banana, vegan almond, soy or coconut milk, w/ fat burner, spinach kale! I'm vegan so I go there as much as possible' Taylor was awesome! She was helpful fast! I love the fact that when you go to a Robeks she appreciates the fact that some people are vegan doesn't make negative remarks! Unlike others! Ha ha

Terrible customer service, hopefully management will correct it and I am sure they will.

Poorly run and poorly staffed. If you want to wait 30 mins for a smoothie come here.
