Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Best fried chicken I?ve ever had in the US so far, their cane?s sauce is really good. The fried chicken itself is really good too. I love the sandwich- the combo of fried crispy chicken with their soft bun and their raising canes sauce- it?s amazing

Went to the Mira Mesa boulevard location today 8-2-22. Once again stupid me wants to see what all the hype is about. I got 8 chicken fingers, crinkle fries, two Texas toast, and 4 containers of cane sauce. $20 for everything.I heard from a former employee they let the chicken fingers soak in MSG all night. It tasted like this whole meal was soaked in MSG all night ,way too salty! I haven't felt this disgusted after eating a fast food meal in a long time. After eating this meal it makes you feel like a legit redneck from down south. Inbred and everything. Highly overrated, not even in the same class as Chick-fil-A or Popeye's. I do not recommend, I will not be going back.

I placed a mobile order and the pickup time was set for 6:34 PM. I arrived and waited for 30 minutes, but no one came out, so I went inside to check on my order. The cashier informed me that my order wasn't ready yet, which I understood. I then asked if I could cancel my mobile order and place a new one at the register. She advised me that since I had already paid, it would be best to just wait. I went back outside and waited another 30 minutes for my food. Finally, a worker brought it out to me, but by that time, I had waited an hour and the food was cold, likely because it had been sitting for too long. I was disappointed; they should at least keep the orders under a warmer to maintain the temperature. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The food is decent, but the restaurant is quite busy. Be prepared to clean your own table before you sit down and take out your own trash. The staff seems more focused on their phones while sitting in the dining area, and when they come in from the drive-thru, they just glance at the litter on the ground and the tables and laugh it off. There’s definitely a need for improvement in their attentiveness.

As for the presentation, my photo looks decent, but unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. The fries were unsalted, the bread was toasted with barely any butter, and the chicken strips had very mild seasoning, making everything rather bland. I’m giving it two stars mainly because the chicken was served hot and had a good texture, and the Cane sauce was quite tasty. However, I ordered 10 strips and only received two containers of sauce, running out by the sixth strip. I wouldn't recommend making the trip here.
