Pizza Hut - S San Diego

This is the second time this month I order the thin crust buffalo chicken pizza and they didn’t put any buffalo sauce on the pizza.

So the 2 stars are from my previous time. This time I ordered and my pizza was undercooked and doughy. I felt even sicker after eating. I went back with the whole thing to get a refund but ended waiting an hour for them to remake it. I did get $15 credit and a free 2 liter Pepsi, though that doesn't make up for to $30+ bucks I spent and the time and gas I spent to and from. The employees were kind and polite and explained that they had to use an oven that wasn't in use for the past 2 years. Stuff happens, I understand. But $30+ is too much to waste and my gas and time, especially nowadays. I would still recommend thus spot.

Had a meal delivered from this Pizza Hut but they gave the wrong one to the delivery driver.When they were contacted by phone they said they had my order there but the Door Dash driver took the wrong one, no apologies for their incompetence and I would suggest that you don’t order from this restaurant.

The pizza sauce was not what I remember, as the last time I had Pizza Hut was years ago. The staff who helped me pick up my pizza were kind and helpful.

I made a review on google about this place a long time ago. It actually got thousands of reviews so I thought I'd share my thoughts here as well. I love ordering from this location. They make my food hot and ready to eat. The driver is always super friendly. I'm probably be sad when I move to a new location because this one is closer to my apartment now. I mostly enjoy ordering from here because the staff is amazing. I really appreciate them going above and beyond with their service. I always love going to PizzaHut because of their stuff crust!
