Contribuiți la feedbackLoved this place, it is clean, staff friendly and they have a good selection of proteins. I recommend to get the high end meat choice, the meat is excellent and plentiful. We could not cook or eat it all. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. I saw reviews about the cost, which I don't agree with. Everything costs more these days and the quality of the meat is worth every penny.
Been here multiple times in the last year and they get better every time! My new favorite banchan is their krab coleslaw!
I was incredibly disappointed about the experience we had at this location. I have been to Convoy and it was fabulous not the case at all here. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was very clean (giving one star for each of those)...everything else would get ZERO stars from me. We were in a group of 7, 4 at one table with a grill and three at the other table with grill. The grill on my side was not working for a very long time. The other table in our group had already ordered, cooked 8 plates of meat and ate it before our first order was even done cooking. The young woman working did come by several times to apologize and tried to fix it but over 40 minutes had passed before they got it working. Half our group was already done and the three of us at my table filled up on rice and noodles only. I was very surprised to see that they still charged us full price for the 3 of us that couldn't cook all that time....I really think they should have made some gesture...it was very well known to them what had happened. At the other location, the kimchi fried rice is actually cooked fried rice with a sunny side up egg on top....here it was colored rice (didn't have any flavor) that was cold and in a small aluminum bowl covered in cheese. Not only was it not good but it also takes up room on your grill that you could otherwise be grilling meat on. Almost seemed like that was purposeful, so you'd be cooking less meat. The cheese corn came the same way. I hated wasting the food, but it just wasn't good. The noodles were yummy and some of the sides as well. It was an important meal where everyone was meeting my significant other for the first time, so it really got in the way of us enjoying that time with all the trouble we had with the grill, all the interruptions of our conversations and then removing everything over and over trying to fix it. I appreciate the effort to fix it, but it just robbed us of the opportunity to enjoy our time together. For a $280 bill after everything we had been through, I certainly can not see my self coming back.
OMG this place! I don't even know where to start. (In Julie Andrew's singing voice from A Sound of Music) Let's start at the very beginning. You can't make reservations. You have to physically sign your name on a sheet and they will call you when your table was ready. We were a group of 4 and we were seated in about 30 minutes. Once we are seated, our server was quick to come to us and explain their menus. There are basically two menus. The regular and the premium. It has something to do with different meats offered but there is not much difference. Just go for the $30 dollar option. The way it works is that you can chose your meats that you will eat and your sides and they will bring them to you! You can order as much as you like. I got the noodles and the dumplings as the sides and the meats I can't remember what I got but everything was really good. You can't go wrong with anything that you get. I highly recommend this place and would probably be back again if I am invited. $30 to come here regularly is a bit too much. I'd rather go to a buffet, but this is a good option to go to every once in a while.
Honestly, this is my favorite Korean barbecue that I've been to. I haven't been to a lot but this is been my favorite so far. I heard they have one in convoy but hearing from reviews this one is better than that one and they were by the same owner. They have a huge selection of sides compared to a lot of Korean barbecue places, and the meat that they have that are seasoned that's good.
