Nespresso Boutique Bloomingdale's San Diego

Not a good experience. We have been going to this location for years and always loved it. Not the last time. The lady yelled at us when we asked where is the line! She was like you can stay there (yelling like we are kids! . They are at the 4th floor temporarily and one of the workers is rude. Not coming back and will order online!! Maybe looking into different coffee options.

Today, my 80-year-old father went in to lool for a certain type of coffee and he was HORRIBLY MISTREATED. I live very far from him but I would have driven over there, if it were possible to catch the same employee and make a formal complaint about her in-person! Instead, I have made an official complaint with Nespresso, by phone.The sales girl was AWFUL! She mistreated an elderly man. It is sickening. I was almost in tears to hear how he was treated.I was told by Nespresso that this experience was not normal for their company and is unacceptable. After being told what happened, they acknowledged one should NEVER be treated this way...It wad very bad.

I love this Nespresso location!Claudia is so sweet kind and she always gives me the best pod recommendations. I was able to sample the Vivida flavor and it did not disappoint. I am looking forward to my next restocking trip.

This is my go to spot for getting my espresso! I'm not sure if Nespresso owners are aware of this tiny spot, but it's great! It's a small kiosk inside Bloomingdale's, and they can take care of all my espresso needs! I never leave with anything less than ten sleeves and usually with some sort of free gift with purchase. Why not?!? I now have different espresso mugs, cups, sets, and capsule dispensers! On my last visit I got 2 Origin coffee mugs, and ice cube tray and a free sleeve of espresso! The staff is friendly and they're always ready to help. The wait is never longer than a few customers. If there is a long wait, just ask to sample a new espresso flavor you haven't tried!
