Mcdonald's - S San Diego

An additional charge of 30 cents for lettuce. Do I need to elaborate further?

I placed an order on the app and when I arrived to pick it up, I discovered that an item was missing. I had to go inside to retrieve it. Other than that, it was a typical McDonald's experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's today around 12pm on 4/11/2024. I ordered 2 Frappes using their app for curbside pickup. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for my order. When I went inside to inform the staff, Manager Maria walked by me 3 times without acknowledging me. Eventually, I spoke to the person at the drive-through window and returned to my car after 25 minutes of waiting. It took Manager Maria 30 minutes to bring my order to me, and when I addressed her about ignoring me earlier, she rolled her eyes and walked away. The Frappes were melted by the time I received them. Due to Manager Maria's disrespectful behavior, I do not plan on returning to this McDonald's location in the future.

I am going out of my way to say how great this particular McDonald's is. I go often for iced coffee, the apple pie, and now I am exploring more options. The service is blazingly fast, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly. I love this McDonalds, five stars.

Chicken McNuggets served fresh and hot, properly unsweetened ice tea provided, all done through the drive-thru with smiles and good attitudes.
