Good portions and very tasty. We have been there several times and it’s always been a great experience. Love the steak frites (gluten free) and chicken and waffles.

Nice Belgian waffle and fries joint in a corner of the Liberty Public Market. We only ordered their plain fries as a supplement to our meal (not much to look at), but they were pretty good quality. We ended up with a very loaded bunch of thick-cut fluffy fries with a very nice airy crisp. Comes with a sauce, so we went with the honey mustard. Staff was also very pleasant to interact with. They got a decent number of tables next to them too, so swing by their stall and give them a try. We were covered on desserts, but they also have a lot of sweet and savory waffles on their menu as well.

I've only tried the waffles and was shocked to discover that he'd simply reheat them in an oven and not make them in front of you. Even more shocking knowing that the owner is Belgian.Obviously the waffle was dry and hard-is, not warm and soft as a fresh waffle should be. I've never seen that in my entire life, might as well just buy it in a store and put it in the oven on my own. They just lost a potential customer.

Wasn't sure what to expect with the chicken but it was really really damn tasty. And spot on fries and the waffle was great. Loved it.

Delicious! Had the breakfast waffle, no cheese. Great waffle and yummy bacon.
