Mariscos La Riviera Est. - S San Diego

Portion was good but the flavor was lackluster. Rice, beans, and enchilada was fine but the burrito in my combination plate needs more and I don?t think you can eat it by itself because of the lack of flavor. For $12 I?m not mad but I won?t berepeating.

The service on Tuesdays are horrible! So much that I asked to speak with the ?manager? and she was not the most savvy in customer service! I now see why there was only 3 people aside from us! The food was not like the crew on the busier shift?Thursdays/Fri? seems like a customer gets no respect, I really have to agree with one of the comments here the ?manager? isargumentative and does not need to be in this position or she needs training on people skills!!!!!! ????????

Where do I begin. The hostess was unfriendly, no people skills whatsoever 0 starts! We were seated at a dirty table 0 stars! We were left waiting for like 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted something to drink. They brought the drink, no chips orsalsa till about 5 min later and they were super oily and salty, like the cook was making them from scratch, 0 stars! We waitedsome more and a columbian waiter, very nice and friendly took our order, 1.5 stars. I ordered agua chile and they weredisgusting! Still raw, not enough lemon and not marinated enough! The cucuaracha shrimp were very good and they had a bandathere called SINALOA and they were very nice and friendly and played very well. So that's why I'm giving 2 stars, other thanthat I would have given 0!!!

Food are delicious I recommend the nayaritas or or chicharron de pargo so delicious, live music the service veri nice, we tried mango margaritas ???? and cahuamas.

Just finished leaving this place . Had Augua Chile And it was unedible. Spoke to the server to let the manager know or to give a discount or some Acommedation. She comes out says the manager isn't doing nothing. We asked to speak to the manager since wedon't understand why she didn't come out in the first place. The manager or whoever supervisor lady comes and had the worstcustomer service ever, rude, disrespectful and argumentive to us . I was so in shock to hear her say the customer is neverright. Us customers are the reason your business is open so why would you not handle a situation in appropriate manner. I haveworked in many restraunts and for her to argue back with the customer is so unacceptable I would not recommend this place toanyone. She has the audacity to say agauchile is hot after we informed her it's not our first time eating auguachile we knowit's suppose to be hot but not to the point where it's unedible. Hope the owner has a serious talk with her and idk perhapsgives the servers her position since they seem way more in handling a job in management then her negative nasty disrespectful attitude. Can't believe I tried to bring my family here for the second time and then received this bad service . Never againI'll be letting all my friends know on social media and making them share it too ????????????????????????
