This is a fantastic restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The owners are very knowledgeable and attentive to all your needs. If you're planning a gathering for family or business in the area, this is the perfect place. The staff is excellent, the environment is clean, and the food is among the best I've had since leaving Texas.

The chicken fry is excellent, and the fish is quite good too. The salad bar offers a wide variety of options. The staff has always been friendly. This is as close to fine dining as you’ll find in a small town.

Like many places these days, they were short-staffed and quite busy, but they managed to get our food out in a reasonable time. The ambiance was comfortable, and the clientele was friendly. We will definitely be back. I appreciate their effort to keep the restaurant running during these challenging times, and I intend to support them with my patronage. To adapt to the reduced staff, they are currently using paper plates and plastic utensils. I understand the practicality of this, but I would recommend sticking with proper plates for steaks; it's quite frustrating to cut into a beautifully cooked medium-rare steak on a paper plate. Additionally, to help the staff, please remember to clear your own table; there are trash cans nearby, and all the tableware except the knives is disposable, with a designated tub for them.
