Copa Vida Torrey Ridge - S San Diego

Hey folks. I'm unable to review any Archdale NC fare since I am in San Diego again. So let's talk about Copa Vida for a minute. Needless to say it is extremely good. Coffee is always spot on and goes so well with the tasteful goodies. I had the bacon burrito which is always excellent. Get it on San Diego! You treat me well. She will treat you well too. A great study spot with plenty of parking and seats. It's a nice open space, the music is never too loud, the drinks are great, and the people are super nice. The only downside is that they have short hours and aren't open on weekends :

Omg I can't believe I didn't find this place sooner! It's so cute! The vibes are great. Staff is friendly. There is plenty of seating available. I was looking for a new place to study and this place was perfect! I stayed for about 3-4 hours and got to enjoy some of their breakfast and lunch options and beverages. 10/10 recommend giving this place a try!

This place is a hidden gem. It's huge and clean. I love how spaced out the tables are because even though it's busy, it doesn't get too loud or feel crowded. I love sitting outside alone and eating my meal in peace. My go-to combo is the chorizo egg hash and an iced matcha latte.

Clean and modern breakfast and lunch cafe in an office park with comfortable seating areas indoors and outdoors. I had the vegan sausage burrito, tomato soup, and golden latte (turmeric and ginger) with almond milk. It was all tasty, the servers were friendly and efficient. Clean restrooms and ample free parking.
