The Wentworth Arms - Ryedale

This charming pub has a wonderful British atmosphere. The staff, especially the bartender, were very friendly and helpful. I had a great time chatting and joking around with them.

The staff at the restaurant were welcoming and friendly. However, the prices of the food and drinks were quite high considering the quality was not exceptional. The breakfast was enjoyable, but there were some issues with the room. There was an unpleasant smell of fish coming from the kitchen area because of a hole behind the toilet. Additionally, the wardrobe was dusty and filled with cobwebs, which was not very appealing.

I recently stayed at this hotel as a home base for visiting Flamingo Land. It is a hidden gem with incredibly friendly owners and staff. The hotel has a charming bar that serves delicious food at reasonable prices. It is only a 20-minute drive to York, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay here last week. Great service staff. The food in the restaurant was superb. A decent drop of wine also. Lovely beer garden shed Tv area outside. Rooms were quaint but in need of a bit of TLC. Good breakfast oodles of parking space. Would go back no problem.

24 of us from Harley Davidson riders club arrived Wednesday,was originally 20. The service was excellent and food came out in no time and was very good and hot. Well done Wentworth arms and thank you for fantastic service.
