The Providence Inn - Ryedale

Called in for what would have been a couple of pints but just had one. Lovely open fire which was perfect for the murky October day we went. Not a huge choice of beers which is to be expected (village pub). Not a particularly welcoming atmosphere, not hostile by any means but not friendly either. Last minute booking as a social event, nice homely bar, lots of outside space, plenty of parking, good food, reasonably priced, decent drinks selection too, much to my delight. Parking: Ample parking. Kid-friendliness: Park on site for the kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5
