Sheriff Hutton and surrounding area is great for walking but this gem of a place is worth a visit for itself alone. Go there.

I absolutely adore this café. The staff work hard and it certainly shows. The quiches are delicious, as are the lovely variety of cakes and tasty coffee. We have visited this place multiple times during our bike trips. Despite the challenging times for businesses, please continue serving the food made with love that is evident in every bite.

Excellent coffee, the best for miles, even the decaf is fab. a little gem in the countryside. Great service and friendly staff.

Like others have mentioned, the restaurant's opening times and days are clearly not kept up to date. I went out of my way to visit today, expecting it to be open, only to find it closed. It surprises me that establishments like this can thrive in a small village.

I have dined at this restaurant many times and also frequently order takeout from here. The food is outstanding, the staff are friendly and always willing to make your visit enjoyable. They even welcome dogs inside and outside of the restaurant. Their homemade cakes, quiche, scones, and sausage rolls are delicious but they sell out quickly. It can get busy and sometimes there may be a shortage of staff, but this is common in the hospitality industry since COVID-19. It is worth being patient and understanding. It is great to see that they have many loyal customers who they know by name. This speaks volumes about the quality of Quarmbys. I highly recommend dining here.
