The restaurant's cuisine claims to be Italian, but it doesn't authentically reflect that. For example, on their pasta menu, they mention "amantricana," but pairing it with "napolita" just doesn't work. Additionally, their carbonara featured wobble, speck, and cream. Traditional carbonara doesn't include wobble, and it was lacking parmigiano (they used Grana Padano instead) and, surprisingly, no egg!

The restaurant is fantastic, and the food is outstanding! I celebrated my mother's 60th birthday here, and the owner was incredibly friendly and courteous. The entire experience felt special thanks to him and the attentive service staff. I will definitely return! Rating: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
