Le Fondù - Ruvo Di Puglia

I was in this place on the day of the Cardoncello Festival which takes place every year in Ruvo di Puglia in the month of November. Obviously we had booked a long time in advance because during the days of the festival the town is always very crowded. We waited a while to be seated, but all in all it was worth it. We ordered an appetizer with fondue which is the peculiarity of this place, a pizza, a first course based on Norcia sausage and cardoncelli mushrooms and a chocolate cake (one of the best I have eaten). The quality of the food is truly excellent, everything was very good and especially the starter with the fondue made impeccably, with generous portions too. I think the lady who served us is the owner, very kind and courteous, always smiling and helpful. We will definitely return to this place which in my opinion is still underrated, but deserves much, much more, especially because finding a place that serves fondue in this way is really rare. I highly recommend this place if you want to try something new with typical and excellent quality products! Prima volta in questo posto , ci hanno messo giù in grotta con puzza di umidità, tra l'altro avevamo una neonata e abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se potevamo accomodarci al piano di sopra per comodità, ci hanno risposto che i tavoli erano prenotati , difronte ad una esigenza di una neonata si potrebbe trovare una soluzione, e già qui peccano di stelle . Cibo di qualità mediocre prezzi elevati in proporzione alla qualità. Tortino cucinato senza cuore di cioccolato ma completamente asciutto e bruciato. Non ci ritorneremo.
