Martha was absolutely delightful! The service was warm and friendly, and the subs were fantastic!

The food is fantastic and the service is both quick and friendly. The kitchen staff are efficient and always greet customers with a smile. It's a delightful place to visit and has been a cherished tradition for many years.

Gills Deli is an excellent dining spot. I enjoyed a generous serving of roast beef, and it was simply delicious. The meat and vegetables were fresh and flavorful. If I had Gills back in Texas, I would want to eat there every day. The young lady who assisted me mentioned she had been working there for a couple of years, and she was truly a seasoned professional. She was friendly and very helpful. Although it's a small, unassuming place, those are often where I discover my favorite restaurants. If you ever find yourself in Rutland, Vermont, make sure to stop by and grab a sandwich. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Ask anyone within 30 miles where to go for sandwiches. they will all tell you gills. rightfully so!!!!
