Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rutland City

Does management ever visit or oversee this place? Each time I order, the meat is always very dry, and today it was actually burnt—no exaggeration. It was charred black and ruined the taste of everything else, even after I removed it from the tacos. Sometimes the food arrives partially unwrapped, which is unappetizing. Additionally, nearly half of the taco was just sour cream, which is quite off-putting. It seems that very few, if any, employees care about customer satisfaction or take pride in their work. At times, the food is simply disgusting. I'm done giving this place any more chances. It would be great to see some pride and work ethic here. If things don't improve, I honestly wouldn’t mind if this place closed down. Management really needs to step up, pay attention to what's happening, and properly train their staff.
