Bully's Grill - Ruthven

The service at this restaurant is only good for a law court or a destination where you are "Wild About Caribbean" visitors. Unfortunately, customers are treated poorly here. It is the only food and drink spot near the lake, but it is not worth your time. Customers have to wait over an hour for their food and then have to go back to the counter to pay for each drink they get. The waitstaff complains about how busy they are and how difficult other customers are, instead of focusing on taking care of their guests. At one point, a man was behind the bar pouring drinks, but when asked to make a drink, he said he didn't work there anymore. It was an absolute disaster. They should call Gordon Ramsay or something!

The ambiance of this restaurant is lovely and reminiscent of home. Although we only had drinks and did not eat, the sight and aroma of the buffet were very tempting.

The dining experience was excellent at this busy restaurant. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The highlight of the meal was the delicious and large portion of nachos. The karaoke was a fun addition to the evening.

Awesome chicken bacon ranch wrap...make it chipotle and you wont regret it! Friendly place with great service and smiles...makes you wanna go back!
