Contribuiți la feedbackMy experience with the online ordering process was seamless, which I truly appreciated. However, I found it completely unacceptable to be served a burnt pizza. When I called to discuss the issue, I was given the option to either return the pizza or have them note me down for a free pizza in the future. I opted to bring back the burnt pizza, and the staff member confirmed that it was indeed burnt. Of course I knew it was burnt—why else would I have returned it? They did prepare a new pizza for me, which was good, but there was no offer of compensation for the time or gas I spent bringing back the burnt one. On top of that, by the time I got home, the other two pizzas I ordered had already gone cold.
I placed my order over the phone, and it took quite a while before I received notice that my pizzas and pasta were ready.
I had a really frustrating experience trying to get in touch with this restaurant late at night. They don’t seem to pick up the phone, and even though their website claims they’re not too busy, online ordering and pickup options weren’t available. I’ve been calling for 20 minutes now, and it’s already 10 PM—still no response!
As a busy family, we often rely on Domino's in Rutherfordton for our dinner. They consistently provide quick service and we really enjoy the flavor of their pizzas. Keith Hunter does a fantastic job managing the restaurant, and his team has great respect for him and praises him highly.
Overall, the experience was positive, but we were disappointed that there was no icing with the cinnamon twist and no sauce for the cheesebread. For $30 worth of pizza, I believe icing should be included!
