First time I went Forest City Fish Camp was when my kids were small...That was 50 years ago...I returned several times over the years...When the mills shut down we moved the n.c. coast for 9 years. I hate to say anything against David...who went to school with my son.. I guess the coast spoiled us. We had a neighbor that owned a shrimp boat...My husband said his flounder was good. My seafood platter was nasty. no taste at all...

This food is outstanding with some of the best service we have had on a long time

We love the Forest City Fish Camp. Usually we get fried fish, but they grill a delicious steak dinner, too.

Highly disappointed the scallops were not scallops. They were some sort of punch out something. Or another, all the scalps were exactly the same size. I've eaten a lot of scalps in my life and never seen. 12 scallops that look identical to each other not to. Mention the places falling into the ground. Never go back ever. Not to mention I'm eating scallops tonight. I bought a pound and there was not one of them the same in the bag

These people turned me and my family away. We went to go dine in for the first time and was rudely told we could not eat there because we are a second amendment family.
