Rotolos Craft Crust - Ruston

Just wow. Amazing restaurant that we tried on a whim while visiting the peach festival. Hats from the crew are short staff and still constant customer service for all. This must be one of my favorite places for pizza type meals, the sauce was excellent and not too sour. Like the pictures, the food was perfect. Hearing the response that the team had and offered the service for us was incredibly successful. Kudos to the manager who helps with the service instead of in an office barking order. Give everyone today a deserved thanks from us of Monroe. We will come back because of the variety in the menu selection for those who are health conscious. These truffles were so good. Atmospheric and great. The energy of the staff was unchanged from the rush, as it accommodated us in reason. Absolutely come back.

Came to lunch at 2, the waitress was very friendly and seemed to lead the whole show by herself. There was a long waiting period for the pizza when the restaurant did not seem to have much activity, but when it arrived, it was nice and very delicious! I definitely come back!

Rotolos has further improved over time. As for customer service, I can say with my many times, I have never experienced a problem. The workers are nice and seem to really enjoy how they work there! As far as food is concerned, I am usually satisfied. The times I wasn't, that was easily resolved. I know a lot about complaining about pizza, but I think they need to realize that this is not a chain of pizza cooking styles making this difference. I LOVE the fact that they don't have vegan meat options, so not when I go, I can pamper. This is for pizza toppings spaghetti. Not yet for Calzone's special pizzas, but the only place in the area with the times and offers such. Enter Rotolo!

I ate here at least half a dozen times, it's always consistently good. Your pizzas are very good! My favorite is Uncle Tony (Add Chicken). Good tap list and the servers are always on point. Recommend this place safely.

We love this place, every time we're in town we try to visit. The craft beer selection is phenomenal-lots of IPAs, porters, stouts more. There'a a full bar, so wines mixed drinks are available. The service is always good and the pizzas are wonderful. They have vegan crust and sauce, and you can choose from the large menu or make your own. They've got deep dish and thin crust along with the regular. Definitely go try it.
